Order Information

From your "My Account" page, select "Orders" on the top menu bar.

Displayed will be a list of your orders from newest to oldest. You can see your order number, date placed, order total, shipping status and tracking information (where available).

If your order has tracking information, under the "Status" field you will have the option to Track Shipment. Clicking this will lead you to a new window where you can track your order's movement. "Open" status means we are getting ready to ship. It will update as soon as it is sent out!

The last option for each order is "Details". By selecting this, you will see a pop up window with detailed order information (including a handy print-friendly invoice).
