Return Policy

Better World Books (“BWB”) values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition; used items should include the SKU sticker located on the spine or back of the product, and new items should be unused with sealed components, where applicable.

If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at help@betterworldbooks.com before proceeding with the return.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of BWB’s error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.

Items That May Not Be Returned:
1. Requests made after the thirty (30)-day return/refund window timeframe.
2. Used items that do not have a SKU sticker located on the spine or back of the product, and new items that have been used.

Processing Fees:
New items will be subject to a processing fee if returned. Please contact our Customer Care team at help@betterworldbooks.com before proceeding with the return.
