Return Policy

Better World Books (“BWB”) values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition.

• Used Items must include the original SKU sticker located on the spine or back of the product. Returns will not be accepted or refunded if the SKU sticker is missing, removed, or altered.
• Loose-leaf or unbound materials must be unopened and unused, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact. These materials are completely non-returnable. if opened.
• New items must be unused with sealed components intact, where applicable.

If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at help@betterworldbooks.com immediately before proceeding with the return.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of BWB’s error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• All Donations are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible.
• Requests made after the thirty (30)-day return/refund window cannot be honored.
  To ensure your return is processed, all return requirements must be met. Items that do not qualify will be handled through our standard processing protocol rather than as a return, and they cannot be shipped back to you.
• Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be denied and will not be refunded.

Processing Fees:
New items will be subject to a processing fee if returned. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately at help@betterworldbooks.com before proceeding with the return.

Where Do I Return My Item:

Items must be returned to the location from which the shipment originated.
