If you've sent a return with tracking (which we highly recommend), you should be able to track the progress and final delivery to our warehouse. Please give us five business days from the day it arrives at our warehouse to complete the return and issue your refund.
Once a return is processed, you should receive a notification to the email address used to place the order. You'll also be able to see the order status on your account page if the refund has been completed.
If your return has not been processed within five business days, or if you don't have tracking and its been more than 14 business days since you mailed your return, please contact us by submitting a request below.
