If you've sent a return with tracking (which we highly recommend), you should be able to track the progress and delivery details. Please allow up to five business days from the arrival date to process the return. Once a return is processed, you should receive a notification to the email address used to place the order and the refund back to the original form of payment.
You'll also be able to see the order status on your account page if the refund has been completed.
If your return has not been processed within five business days, or if you don't have tracking and it's been more than 14 business days since you mailed your return, please contact us by submitting a request below.
