A: Yes. A BetterWorldBooks.com account is required to sign up for and participate in the BWB Rewards Club.
Q: I just signed up. Can I earn points for past purchases?
A: No. Club Points cannot be awarded for purchases made before you opted in to the BWB Rewards Club.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Yes. Club Points will expire twelve (12) months after they are issued.
Q: Will I be notified before my points expire?
A: Yes. Email notifications are automatically sent at the beginning of the month in which your Club Points are set to expire.
Q: I’m missing points—what should I do?
A: If you earned Club Points and do not see them reflected in your account within 24 hours, please contact us at help@betterworldbooks.com, and we’ll be happy to review your account.
Q: Do rewards expire after redemption?
A: Yes. When you redeem a reward, the email containing your discount code will include its specific expiration date. For this reason, we recommend redeeming rewards only when you’re ready to use them.
Q: Can I use my reward discount on new books?
A: No. Discount codes apply only to used book purchases. Third-party partners fulfil new book orders and are not eligible for discounts.
Q: Can I stack my reward discount with another promotion?
A: No. Discount codes cannot be stacked. Only one discount code may be used per order.
