We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order! If it has been more than 21 business days since your order has been placed, please do let us know that you have not received your order by submitting a ticket.

**Please note that if it has been more than 60 days since your order was placed we will not be able to issue you a refund or send out a replacement for the order.
