Return Progress

You'll be able to see on your account page if the refund has been completed. This means your book has been received. 

If you've sent the book with tracking, you should be able to track it to delivery at our warehouse. Please give us 1-2 business days from the day it arrives at our warehouse to complete the return and issue your refund.  

If it's been longer than that, or if you don't have tracking and its been more than 14 business days since you mailed your return, please contact our squad of knowledgeable Customer Care Ambassadors by submitting a ticket below.
